Pro Gate servicing, repairs & parts

Prompted by an item in the For Sale section viewtopic.php?f=3&t=93520 which needs Pro Gate control unit, I wondered who is currently the UK supplier and contact for the Pro Gate products for anyone needing one serviced or spares. And do all clubs with a Pro Gate unit use that supplier for servicing or are there alternatives that have successfully been used?? Humps

It's just a thing with a pneumatic ram. Wouldn't any controller work it?

I don't know but i need the controls, I've spoken to pro gate in the U.S and they want $1445.00. Thats approx £950.00 plus shipping. I have a friend trying to make something that is going to do the same job, We can only try.

You should be able to use a generic controller just to fire the ram.

Thats the one.

I use one very successfully on one of Kierans gates but should fire a ram just as well.

PS. try Dave first as I know he wants shut of the ones he has and they will be cheaper than those on Ebay (if he still has any)
