In all seriousness, what is it your hoping to achieve and how much are you looking to spend? For the amount you might need to fork on improving your bike you could be better off looking at second hand completes in the for sale section.

it's a street bike, it'll never be any good for racing,
you could use it to practise on, but to actually race won't be any good..

what to change ?? everything..

Spend £60 on a decent pair of race tyres and get em to at least 100psi. Spending any more would be pointless,
No matter how much it hurts, its still better than shopping!
