1x3x135, 1x3x140, 1x3x145, 1x3x150 last thursday and looking for 155 next week.
This is mixed with 200kgs single leg press 4x5 and plyometrics training........all combined with sprints twice or 3 times a week.
Only the combination squats and sprints will give you what we all want: POWER
Don't forget that lifting 100000000 kgs won't take you anywhere, if there is no speed with it then you are a body builder not a racing bmxer.
Strenght x speed = power...or squats x sprints = "that guy is quick!!"
