How far do you have to go down in order for it to be called a squat?????????????

The crease at the hip, level or slightly lower than the knee.

75KG Bodyweight

145KG ATG (Ass to Grass) Real Squat (no belt, no pads) for 1RM

Unrelated:

175kg Deadlift with Hex Bar, no straps/belt

150kg Deadlift with Barbell, no straps/belt

90kg Powerclean

120cm Box jump (only used plyo box as of last few weeks)
