OK folks, someone out there knows the venues and dates for the Nationals so who's prepared to spill the beans?? It's over a week since I heard they were known and what's even more frustrating is that East Anglia appear to have set their Regional dates too which probably means the 'super group' people in EA have given the dates out. Would I be cynical in suggesting that there's an embargo while those important people get all the hotel bookings in first, especially around Cumbernaud?? Not that I really give a flying but I do have a membership asking questions. Please PM me if you don't want to go public with the info. and I'll keep your identity quiet. Humps

Manchester Indoor, 7/8 March

Cyclopark, 11/12 April

Cumbernauld, 23/24 May

Peckham, 20/21 June

Birmingham, 8/9 August

That's the whispers...?

Getting there. But rumours aren't good enough. I'm sure Cyclist will know the definitive dates. He'll be on shortly. Humps

Thanks for posting up the link and the "TBC" could presumably be Brum so I'm guessing there are some issues with maybe parking and/or camping. Anyway, National riders will no doubt enjoy the UK tour of C&K tracks  but I have to say I'm glad my sons are off the radar when it comes to doing stuff like this now, not that we ever did the Nats but the only one we attempted got cancelled. Enjoy and I look forward to reading reports over the year. Humps

Hi All,
Cumbernauld Centurions are delighted that our home track has been chosen to host the firsy British National that Scotland has seen in many a year. More info on the track is available on our website cbmxc.co.uk and our postcode is G68 9NE for those looking to find accomodation nearby.

Cheers,
Cumbernauld Centurions

Got to agree with you humps about the C&K British Bmx series. While I do like some of there tracks, they are pretty much the same. What happened to Peterborough, which is a different style of track having a national? They have just had alterations too. Also Derby is having alterations, but both not by C&K 8)

Derby only apply every other year, so we were never in the running!

That's a pity. Went there Sunday for a look and it looks good. Pens now behind the bigger start hill which makes the track a bit shorter. Also a nice first jump that looks like it can be jumped but mellow enough to manual.
