I was off till about August. I went on holiday down in Cornwall and managed to ride most days and i was till late running ok. It really is a pants injury though and it's put me off the track a little (not that i did much) However with the lighter nights and wanting to take my kid out I will do more. Yes you were right, you need to get out and start using it. The tendon now though is about an inch thick. Feel you're own now, they seem quite thin. The surgeon said it'll be stronger than it was before.... who knows.
