Nice shot mate, love the skid lid, so you've gone from riding over your car, to riding over old trees.
Ian this what I was up to last week, this is my local track at a Winter regional. (My race is about halfway in to video).

Are you playing or was it a comp, I thought trail riders wore skin tight lycra?
What bike is it ? All old trail bikes look the same to me

This was playing after a comp (came 2nd). I wear MX gear because I don't like trials gear. As you said John trials gear looks like skin tight lycra.
Bike is a Yamaha TY175 1978(ish).

Good to hear Eric Rupe confirm what we all knew about Hounslow track.
I timed them round there from the video and realized that I was actually a full second quicker than them.

No not really but at least I never wore goggles over the top of my peak.

Mmmmmm, well it's not me?
Nice picture, maybe it's different in NZ, but we use boats to go in water LOL
Was that a race or just a free riding.

Catch up later mate, just on the way out to the track.

Happy Birthday

That was just getting from one section to the next.

So the birthday is not Martin or myself. That narrows it down considerably.

My best memory was winning the united kingdom club championships , 14-15 girls the year of 90. Great berms and great speed.I came from last cause i had lane 1 and it was the days of traffic light starts ! That was my last race. I'd love to have another go now. R.I.P Hounslow

Alright gang? Long time, no speak.

Just re-activated my photobucket account and thought I'd re-post all the pix in there. Majority ain't Hounslow, but a lot of the riders are. Good excuse to bump this thread again anyway!

Life pretty settled now and am thinking of getting a 20" next year for a laugh. Not raced since the Brits '07 and then the Worlds in Canada '07.

See you all soon I hope. Name em:
