hi every one! any one remember the old shop in seedhill,any one still got there old sponsership jerseys or remember the old characters from the shop jerry or fat cat? fully, paul mellvin, parky titch, billy wizz,or any one else that kicked about the track at barshaw park. or if any one want to talk about sbmxa races from this era feel free to talk here. how about an over 30s race meeting or some thing,time to get fit again lads, could also find a beer garden or some thing after!

Barry check out www.titansbmx.co.uk for the next old skool race due I think end of January if you wana meet some old guys racing 30+ if you havent got a bike get one if you havent borrow one you know you want to maybe see you there ...

trying to rebuild nairn track back to glory days get in touch the nairn boys are getting it together again.... and still have my zeronine with flights etc also 3 gooses just bought in the last 2 years still jumpin....

hi thanks for the link,im building a bike at the moment (an 85 gt )but it wont be redy in time for the end of jan.in saying that i might turn up and check out the competition !,only kiding havent touched a bike in 23 years will need to brake my self in gently to start, to many fags,currys and drinking sesions under my belt to be competitive. dont do 50 miles a day training any more and dout i ever will again. but would,nt mind a good laugh whith other pepole in the same boat!

was it jerry spencer? i'm sure i mind that name, and i deffo mind fully and parky.

strangely enough parky still rides bmx and is a fucking ripper, he's on the comittee for the jumps down barshaw park, and rides u23 every week with me, great guy.

yes mate u r right it was Jerry Spencer i couldn't remember his second name but now that u mentioned it, i remember now. tell Parky in said hello and if he remembers me and if he does tell him to come on the site and say hello (has he still got the PK Ripper & is his favourite jump still the judge?)
im still in touch with fully's sister sometimes, fully,s a minister now bet you he misses geting 6 ft air off the triples would,nt mind geting to together sometime for a laugh, do some jumps fall flat on our face! go out get drunk afterwards, fall flat on our face!
anyway mate what is ur name to see if i can remember you.

i remember most of them the ones i dont then i might remember them if i seen them!

the bikes comeing on well,still waiting on wheels and head set,shouldent be long though! :twisted:

spoke to billy, he got rid of them , apparently there shit and keep breaking, remember we were are a bit lighter back then, yeah the rs turbo , what can i say, one day it will rise again. he he

I have two unused as new raleigh burners and an old skool 70s chopper i would swap as well as a car..no mot , old thing i got off my uncle frank,its a Triumph Herald Vitesse convertible....let me know mate...

How's it going. Not seen you in over 20 years... Are you still living locally?
Wallsy told me about this site. I see him every now and again and I saw Hilly a few months ago.
Nice GT Performer. Luv'n the Hutch stem and the forklifter bars..
I think I've got some pics from Barshaw, I'll see if I can find them.
I've not been out on the bike in a while. I' bought a 2-hip pork in the late 90s but didn't really have much time to ride it. I've got a T1-Barcode now but haven't been out in it over a year now.

I hear there are dirt jumps at Barshaw now where the old track used to be but I've not seen them.
